Warranty

All MM Brands products have a 2-year warranty. The warranty period commences on the date of purchase. All warranties are available only to the original end user of the product. Warranties do not apply to second-hand products or free products.

If your product becomes defective during the warranty period for a valid reason, please contact us by filling out the form at the bottom of this page. Let us know exactly what the problem is and we will work together to find a suitable solution!

What is the warranty period?

All MM Brands products have a 2-year warranty. The warranty period commences on the date of purchase.

What is covered under the warranty?

As a consumer, you are entitled to the statutory provisions regarding warranty on every purchase. The legal guarantee means that the product is or must do what you can reasonably expect from it.

What is not covered by the warranty

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by improper use or improper repair
  • Damage from external sources
  • Damage caused by third parties
  • Defects due to the customer's own fault
  • Partially or completely dismantled product
  • Repairs performed by third parties
  • Lost or stolen products
  • Products whose warranty period has expired
  • Products without valid proof of purchase
  • Non-quality related issues
  • Free products
  • Second hand products

Process for filing a warranty claim

  • Proof of purchase must be provided indicating that the product was purchased less than two years ago. To qualify for the warranty, the purchase must have been made from MM Brands itself or from an authorized reseller.
  • A valid description of the defect must be demonstrated.
  • If the defective product is damaged, visual and textual evidence of this must be provided. For example, a description and a clear photo/video showing the defect.

How can I claim under the warranty?

Do you want to file a warranty claim? Please send an email to info@mmbrands.nl with a request for a warranty claim. Please include the following information in your email:

  1. First and last name
  2. Order number
  3. Description of the defect
  4. Visual evidence of the defect (photo and/or video)
  5. Proof of purchase/sales invoice of your order

Further instructions will be sent by email. Please note that you may be asked to return the product. Outside the 30-day return period, return costs will not be refunded.
