Refund policy
Want to return your purchase? No problem! All orders can be registered for return up to 30 days after receipt. After this, you will have another 14 days to return the product.
If you want to exchange a product, send the unwanted product back to us and buy the product you do want. Once we have received the unwanted product in good order, you will receive a refund for it.
*If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer is responsible for the shipping cost. The specific cost should be based on the express company you choose.
If the goods received are damaged or incorrect for our reasons, the consumer does not have to pay the shipping costs for this reason.

How can I return my order?
You can return your order quickly and easily by following these steps:
- Please send an email to within 30 days of receiving your order. info@mmbrands.nl with the request to return your order. Please include the following information in the email:
- Your order number (you can find this in the confirmation email you received after placing your order).
- The product(s) you wish to return.
- Then fill in the return form that you receive from us. Print it out and add it to the return shipment.
- Return your order together with the return form. After the 30-day period, you have another 14 days to return the product. The costs for returning will not be reimbursed. The customer is responsible for the product until we have received the returned item. Remember to keep your proof of shipment, in case your package does not reach us.
- Once we have received the return, we will process it within 14 days. If your return has been processed in good order, you will receive a confirmation email. The full purchase amount will then be refunded to your account within a few working days.
